Apache Continues to Move Forward, Out of the Stone age

September 4, 2019, Salado, TX - Focusing on their established four (4) step quality control program, Apache Stone Quarry, introduced the addition of the ThinStone TXS-4800 Thin Veneer Fabrication System. This new system allows the processing of natural finish and split face stone into even more consistent and precise cuts of thin veneer flats and corners for their customers.

“Our new thin veneer saw has a dual blade system that makes it easy to adjust thickness of the veneer, which allows us to produce high-quality thin veneer corners and flats to the customer's specifications,” said Thomas Hesse, Director of Sales. “This new saw has increased reliability and productivity, which gives us the opportunity to accommodate customer needs now and in the future.”

Damon Fogel, CEO of Apache Stone Quarry, said, “This saw is easy to operate and has significantly increased our projection capacity. Our investment in this advanced equipment has allowed us to increase productivity with the same number of fabricators.”
